Wendy’s primary responsibility is to ensure that our clients are looked after in the most professional way possible and ensuring that the day to day operations run smoothly.

She has a client focused attention to detail, which ensures your administrative questions and any required follow up is delivered in a timely and thorough manner.

Wendy organizes client appreciation events and educational seminars from time to time. She is responsible for communications, various marketing campaigns, and ensuring our website content and marketing materials are regularly updated. Wendy works with the team to build strong client relationships and implement new initiatives.

In South Africa, Wendy assisted Max with his marketing and administration within his financial services practice. Prior to joining Max, Wendy worked as a real estate law clerk for 14 years.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Wendy and her family moved to Toronto in 1999.

She believes in giving back to the community that has been so generous to her and her family. Wendy takes pride in building our reputation in our community.

In 2017 Max and Wendy established the Averbuch Family MD Bursary at McMaster University.
